Friday, May 26, 2006 BONJOUR!


I was on the verge of creating my 'Holiday Schedule' when smthg struck my mind.


On Saturday, I'll be attending the 'Havenly Herbs Garden @ Kranji'. I'd been assigned to the little herblings, who stands by at our own respective stations(herbs/flower etc) in-charge, then when the Mayor, Dr Amy Khor arrives and asks us some questions about that particular herb/flower so on. You know luh, and then we're supposed to give her a brief explanation with information provided from the script given of the herb/flower.


I was in-charge of a plant called the 'Cats Whiskers'. Lemme give you a brief summary about this weird-looking plant..


The Cats Whiskers, also known as the Java Tea, is a very hardy plant which grows in moist soil and in various sun conditions.


It is a very highly adaptable plant as it can survive in many different conditions even when the conditions are not the most favourable.


When the flowers bloom, the stamens and pistils produced from the flower, reach out far beyond the petals.


This signifies that when the plant is in the process of developing into a flower, it is being showered with love from the parent plant, and that once it blooms, it becomes very independant and does not need to rely on the flower itself anymore! :D


I'm just on the other hand. Oh how I wish I can be like the 'Cats Whiskers' plant! I must learn to independant no matter what! ROARRR! :D


Yah, I'll also be the Emcee on this Saturday's event! & I've yet seen the script Mr.Lim email-ed me. Anyway he said it is just gonna be a few lines, so I need not worry too much! :D


YAY <3 SECONDARY SCHOOL LIFE! SO FUN-FILLED AND FRUITFUL! I REALLY LEARNT ALOT OF THINGS MAN! :D BUT IT'S GETTING BUSIER AND BUSIER. D=




The first try makes everyone shiver ;
The second try makes everyone panic ;
The third try makes everyone stammer ;
The fourth try makes everyone perspire ;
The fifth try makes everyone SMILE! :D Yah that's the way!


Tries are attempts that eventually led to practice.
& PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!
Lemme overcome my tiny lil bit of stage fright
& I shall laugh GRIN and GLITTER on the stage! :D ----
